A Bollywood director is planning to make a film about Scarlett Keeling, the British teenager who was raped and killed on a beach in Goa.
Entitled Rave Party, film-maker Prabhakar Shukla intends his movie to shine a light on the seedier side of Goa. Famed for its beautiful beaches and hippy atmosphere, the southwestern Indian state has in recent years attracted drug dealers and addicts. "The film will speak the truth about the drug nexus in Goa," Shukla.
