A restraining order against Britney Spears' manager Sam Lutfi accuses him of drugging the troubled singer, taking over her home, life and finances and cutting her phone lines
He is also accused of controlling the paparazzi who have pursued her for months.
The order, based on a lengthy declaration from Spears' mother, Lynne, says the troubled singer met Mr Lutfi in October 2007.
It goes on to say that "Mr Lutfi has essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances".
The documents, which have been released by the court where they were filed, order him to stay away from her and stop the harassment.

"He yells at her. He claims to control everything."
The 26-year-old singer's assets have been temporarily put under her father's control after she suffered an apparent mental breakdown.
